They should be Comfortable in their Identity and have the Autonomy to Navigate Life's Challenges on their own, while also knowing when to ask for help or Collaborate with others. I believe it's essential for every SHASHWATIAN to learn and equip not only with Academic Knowledge but also with the Skills they need to earn a Livelihood. By focusing on a well-rounded Education that includes both Academics and Practical skills, it will help our SHASHWATIAN to become Capable of Supporting themselves and contributing meaningfully to society in the Future
